Kids4Equity currently ships to the United States only.
Please Note: Books and merchandise are fulfilled separately and may arrive in different packages at different times.
Books Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping Method: USPS Media Mail Estimated Delivery: 2-8 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Apparel & Merchandise Our apparel and merchandise are made-to-order and printed just for you. Production Time: 2-5 business days Shipping Method: USPS/Standard carrier Estimated Delivery: 5-9 business days total (production + shipping)

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse.
Books & Digital Products If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@kids4equity.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Digital products (including downloadable workbooks and activity sheets) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Apparel & Merchandise Our apparel and merchandise are made-to-order and printed just for you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at info@kids4equity.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We do not offer exchanges for wrong size ordered — please check our size charts carefully before purchasing.
Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue.
